Careers At TDO

Earn It. Wear It.
Be Part Of Something Bigger.

We are a family operation that works hard, takes pride in doing it right, and treats the crew like part of the family. If that sounds like you, we want to hear from you.

What We Stand For

Same Ground. Higher Standards.

People

Family runs this place, and the crew is treated like family. You will know everyone by name.

Equipment

You run good iron, and you are trusted to take care of it like it is your own.

Solutions

We fix problems instead of passing them along. Drainage, machines, coverage: we find a way.

A Stronger Tomorrow

Build the soil every year, build your skills every season, and leave it better than you found it.

In The Cab

More Than A Steering Wheel.

Our equipment operators run some of the most advanced machines in agriculture, and every pass they make feeds the data that tells us what each acre of soil needs. Driving is only part of the job.

Equipment Operator Runs planters, sprayers, combines and tillage with precision, and takes care of the iron like it is their own.
Data Collector Every pass records seed, product, yield and field conditions. Clean data starts in the cab.
Technology Expert GPS guidance, displays, section control and telematics. Keeps the technology working when it counts.
Data Scientist Notices what the field is saying and helps turn the data into better decisions for the next acre.

The TDO Gear Program

Seven Levels. Every One Earned.

Everybody starts with the work t-shirt. Keep showing up and doing it right, and you move up: trucker hat, hoodie, henley, thermal zip, duck vest, and finally the premium work jacket with your name on it.

When you see someone in a TDO jacket, you know they earned it.
