Every spring we plant with a brand-new Case IH 2160 Early Riser. Every summer we sell it. That means you can buy a one-season-old planter at a fair price, from people who know it inside and out.
In our fields, corn planted with an Early Riser is typically out of the ground about 72 hours ahead. Case IH's own field reports say the same: seed comes up about three days faster, with stronger roots. The name is a joke. The results aren't.

A typical double-disc opener carves a V and packs the sidewalls hard. Roots hit that wall and turn. The Early Riser’s narrow opener, seed shoe and firming point set the seed into a firm bed at the bottom of a soft trench, then close it from the bottom up. Roots go wherever they want.

Every year we buy a brand-new Case IH 2160 Early Riser, 24 row, 30 inch.
It plants our own ground for one spring, run and maintained by our crew.
Right after spring planting it goes up for sale at a fair price, one season old.
Any brand, any size. Trades mean we sometimes have other models, too.
We run these planters every spring, so we know them inside and out. When you buy from us, we help set it up for your ground, follow it to your field, and make sure it is running right.
Row unit settings, down force and closing setup dialed in for your soils and your conditions.
We go out with you on the first day and make sure it is planting the way it should.
Questions in the middle of planting? Call Matt. We would rather help than have you guess.
Our one-season-old planter is usually spoken for fast. Get on the list and Matt will call you before it is listed.
We keep a steady lineup of John Deere and Case wheel loaders on the lot, and we pick them on purpose: mid-size machines with plenty of capacity that are still light on their feet. Three things we look for every time:
Most of our loaders go to work feeding cattle, but they have gone on to jobs in all kinds of industries. Here is what our loaders usually come with:
